FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Grad Nite is Friday, June 11, 2027
Parent-Sponsored Event
Bobcat Grad Nite is a parent-sponsored event that is coordinated by the Sage Creek PTSA to provide a safe and sober celebration for our graduates. While SCHS Administration and Staff support this event, it is not a school or CUSD event. Thus, SCHS and CUSD assume no liability for the event.
Note, tickets to Bobcat Grad Nite were NOT part of the Senior Registration/ASB packages sold at the beginning of the school year.
Disneyland Grad Nite
The Class of 2027 will be attending Disney California Adventure Park. A Bobcat Grad Nite ticket includes admission to the park, an exclusive Grad Nite party, and transportation to and from the theme park. All other expenses, including food, drinks, souvenirs, lightning lanes, and additional experiences are considered out of pocket, and not included in the ticket price.
It is recommended to download the official Disneyland app. This will help students navigate the Disney California Adventure Park during Grad Nite with interactive maps, wait times, show times, and more. Data and other charges may apply, check with your wireless provider’s rate plan for details.
Disneyland’s Grad Nite is a once-a-year private event. It is a privilege and not a right to be able to attend. We expect all attendees to follow the Disneyland Student Code of Conduct. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
NO tickets available at the door
Tickets must be pre-purchased and no tickets will be available for purchase after the deadline. Physical tickets will be handed out on the day of the event to seniors who have pre-purchased tickets and who are on the approved list of graduates provided by the school and included on the official PTSA list of ticket holders.
Annual Theme Park Passes Not Accepted
Unfortunately, Disneyland Magic Key annual passes will NOT work for entrance into Grad Nite activities. Again, graduating seniors need to purchase a Bobcat Grad Nite ticket from the Sage Creek PTSA in order to attend this event
Need to Leave Park Early
EARLY DEPARTURES: If Disneyland Resort asks a Graduate to leave early, due to security reasons or length of stay in a medical facility, they must be picked up by a parent/legal guardian - regardless if a graduate is 18 or over. A Chaperone must be present to meet the parent or legal guardian of the graduate at the designated transfer area to access Grad Nite. Chaperones will request you provide your government issued ID to verify you are the parent or legal guardian listed on the Graduate’s registration form. Graduates and chaperones must arrive at Grad Nite as a group.
Guests
Graduating seniors are NOT allowed to bring guests on the bus or purchase a ticket for them. ID will be required to board the bus and to enter the theme park.
Buses
Check-in at SCHS on June 11, 2027 at 12:30 p.m. Buses leave promptly at 1:00 p.m. and will not wait for you. The theme park requires that all participants arrive via bus for the Grad Nite event. Anyone who misses the bus forfeits their right to attend the event. No refunds will be given.
Bobcat Grad Nite Waiver Form / Permission Slip
Bobcat Grad Nite Waiver Form / Permission Form must be completed when purchasing your Grad Nite ticket online. You will receive a confirmation email once you purchase your ticket and submit your Permission Form online. This email will serve as your receipt. Bobcat Grad Nite tickets will be handed out on the day of the event.
Security at Check-In
Prior to being allowed to board the buses, senior graduates must go through a security screening. Bags will be checked and participants are subject to pat-downs. No weapons, drugs, alcohol, vape, or tobacco allowed (including for students 18 and over). Students found with prohibited items will not be allowed to board the bus, parents (and authorities) will be notified, and no refund will be given.
Parking at SCHS
It is recommended that students do not leave their vehicles in the school parking lot. PTSA/SCHS does not provide overnight security and are not responsible for any theft or vandalism. Please plan accordingly as students will return to SCHS in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Chaperones
Complimentary chaperone tickets will be provided for a limited number of adults:
- Chaperone sign up form will be available in March.
- Chaperones must be at least 25 years old.
- Chaperones are expected to help theme park team members when called upon for assistance.
- Chaperones cannot consume alcohol during the event.
