Bobcat Grad Nite Ticket Policies & Expecations

 

What is Grad Nite?

  • A once-in-a-lifetime experience where you and your friends get to create one final high school memory together.
  • The celebration culminates with an exclusive Grad Nite Party at Disney California Adventure Park and after-hours access to the park. Note that Disney and the PTSA require that students and chaperones travel by bus for this special Grad Nite event.
  • The PTSA has chartered buses to take Graduating Seniors to Disney California Adventure to enjoy the park all day.
  • Grad Nite is a parent-sponsored event that is coordinated by the Sage Creek High School PTSA to provide a safe and sober celebration for our graduates. While SCHS Administration and Staff support this event, it is not a school-sponsored event. The school and CUSD assumes no legal liability associated with this event.

What Ticket Includes

  • Ticket cost includes admission to the theme park, an exclusive late-night Grad Party at California Adventure, and transportation by bus.                                                                                                                              
  • Grad Nite tickets were NOT included in the Senior Registration/ASB packages sold at the beginning of the school year.

Ticket FAQs

  • No tickets are available after the purchase deadline. Seniors need to purchase a Grad Nite ticket in order to participate in this event.
  • The deadline to purchase tickets is March 15, 2027. No exceptions.
  • Purchase Tickets at sagecreekptsa.org
  • Credit or Debit Card accepted (NO cash or checks)
  • If you have issues making an online payment, contact gradnite@sagecreekptsa.org
  • Tickets are Non-Refundable for any reason, including but not limited to the student’s actions or grades making them ineligible to attend as a “graduate of good standing.”
  • Tickets are Transferable to another graduating SCHS Senior only until May 31, 2027. YOU MUST NOTIFY GRADNITE@SAGECREEKPTSA.ORG IF YOU NEED TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO ANOTHER STUDENT. If there are students on the waitlist, the PTSA will help facilitate exchanging contact information, but ultimately if a student is unable to attend, it is their responsibility to sell their ticket to an eligible graduating SCHS senior. 

 

Hardship Fund

  • We want every graduate to have the opportunity to experience this once-in-a-lifetime event. Please consider donating to our Grad Nite Hardship Fund.
  • To request a scholarship, complete the Grad Nite Hardship Request Form - Deadline - January 31, 2027
  • Scholarship decisions are made on a case-by-case basis - and are final.

Waiver & Release of Liability

  • Bobcat Grad Nite Waiver & Release of Liability form must be completed when purchasing your Grad Nite ticket online. You will receive a confirmation email once you buy your ticket and submit the permission form online. This email will serve as your receipt. Grad Nite tickets will be handed out as participants disembark the bus at the park.
